This 60 minute, restorative practice includes lots of yin yoga poses. Yin yoga is the practice of finding stillness in yoga shapes and holding them for 3-5 minutes each. Grab lots of props to support yourself in this floor based practice designed to invite meditation/relaxation/release/range of motion.
It is a perfect balance to others forms of yoga and/or other sports and forms of intense exercise. It's also amazing for desk dwellers to help combat posture issues. Restorative movements are included to create balance between right and left, as well as, front body to back back.
It's a powerful practice that you can enjoy at any phase of life to hit the pause button.
